וְנָתַן֩ בַּיּ֨וֹם הַה֤וּא מוֹפֵת֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר זֶ֣ה הַמּוֹפֵ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה הִנֵּ֤ה הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ נִקְרָ֔ע וְנִשְׁפַּ֖ךְ הַדֶּ֥שֶׁן אֲשֶׁר־עָלָֽיו׃
Er gab auch an jenem Tag ein Zeichen. Dies ist das Zeichen, das der Herr geredet: Bald wird der Altar bersten und die Asche verschüttet werden, die darauf ist.

The kohein shall dress in his linen garment and he shall wear linen pants on his [body] skin; and he shall separate the ashes when the fire consumes the burnt-offering on the altar and place it next to the altar.
